    Product Description

    The POWERMOUNT Series is a containerized battery energy storage system (BESS) that includes models such as PowerMount P400-860kWh and PowerMount P500-1075kWh, offering energy storage capacities ranging from 860kWh to 1720kWh. The system utilizes 280Ah lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO₄) battery cells, configured as 1P20S battery modules, with system configurations varying by model (e.g., 4×1P240S, 5×1P240S, etc.).
    For AC output, the system features a 3P4W + PE connection type, supporting various grid voltages such as 400V and 500V, with a frequency of 50/60Hz. Depending on the model, the rated AC output current ranges from 577A to 1155A, with total harmonic distortion (THD) below 3% at rated power. It also supports 110% overload for 10 minutes and 120% overload for 60 seconds.
    Designed for outdoor installation, the system features high protection ratings—the battery cabinet is IP55-rated, while the electrical cabinet is IP54-rated, and the container has a C3 corrosion protection level. It operates in a temperature range of -20°C to 50°C (with derating above 45°C), supports 0-95% relative humidity (non-condensing), and can be installed at altitudes of ≤2000m (derating above 2000m). The battery cabinet uses HVAC cooling, while the electrical room features forced air cooling (FAS) and FM200/Novec1230 fire suppression systems.
    The system is housed in a standard 20HQ container (6058×2438×2896mm), weighing 24,500kg. It communicates via an Ethernet interface using the Modbus TCP/IP protocol and has multiple international certifications covering the system, battery cells, battery packs, and PCS components.
